But,  Please note that after your order is shipped you cannot change any details on your order.

4. Can I customize the product?

You can email us at contact@gardeningcrop.com, and your order will be placed as per your choice. Please mention preferable colours, sizes, finish and other details.

5. Can I place an Order over the Phone?

No, We do not accept orders over phone. We only accept orders through website only.

6. How to Place an Order?

  • Visit gardeningcrop.com
  • Choose the products that you like from our large collections and add to cart.
  • Go to your cart and and review your orders.
  • Then, go to the checkout page and create an account, if you are not a member of GardeningCrop. If you are already a member of GardeningCrop family, then login to your account.
  • Finally proceed to checkout page and make the payment.

7. How I can write product review?

Product reviews on gardeningcrop.com are an optimum way to help other customers decide, what to buy and what to avoid.

  • Please review those products that you have used.
  • Provide a relevant, unbiased product overview. List all the pros and cons of the product.

8. I do not remember both my login ID and password. How do I get it?

9. What are the Payment Mode Available?

We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, mobile wallet banking and also QR code scanning payments.

10. What are the modes of refund available?

If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your bank account. Your details which we require for refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code.

Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

11. What is the cancellation and refund policies?

Request for cancellation of confirmed express order should be made within 12 hours of placing the Orders. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

12. What is gardeningcrop.com return policy?

We have 7 days return policy at gardeningcrop.com. If a wrong/defective product is delivered, then you are requested to send us a photo of the damaged/defective/Wrong Product within 3 days after delivery of your order at contact@gardeningcrop.com and we would replace your product.
